Having opened in September 2017 from the experience gained in the catering sector and the entrepreneurial spirit of Yuri Nevi (head of the dining room) and Roberto Bernardini (executive chef), Rustico offers typical Umbrian cuisine revisited and reinterpreted in a creative and modern key. A cuisine that exalts and enhances ancient flavours through new traditions. Delicious specialities based on seasonal products and carefully selected local ingredients are proposed. All accompanied by an extensive wine list of the best regional and national labels. In fact, Rustico boasts a well-stocked cellar of red and white wines from the best labels: our staff will help you choose the best combinations with the various specialities on the menu, capable of enhancing the flavours of each dish. Rustico is available for ceremonies and receptions; we also have a menu for children. We organise events, musical evenings, performances by musicians, tastings of specialities...

In addition to the à la carte menu, which is revisited every 3-4 months to respect the seasonality of the ingredients, from Tuesday to Friday we offer a different lunch menu every day. Don’t miss the appointment with our fish specialities on Fridays.
Rustico Gusto Umbro’s menu is the expression of our research, with a range of dishes that start from the tradition of our land and, respecting its quality and characteristics, renew it, enliven it, with a conscious, experimental approach to revisiting it.
The revisitation of the typical dish must inevitably start from a full awareness of Umbrian culinary history: only in this way can flavours be enhanced through new intuitions.
We offer hors d’oeuvres based on Umbrian artisan cold cuts, truffle specialities, first courses with homemade pasta, and second courses based on meat from local farms. We have wines from the best labels. To conclude, you can further delight your palate with our homemade cakes and desserts.
