In addition to the à la carte menu, which is revisited every 3-4 months to respect the seasonality of the ingredients, from Tuesday to Friday we offer a different lunch menu every day. Don’t miss the appointment with our fish specialities on Fridays.
Rustico Gusto Umbro’s menu is the expression of our research, with a range of dishes that start from the tradition of our land and, respecting its quality and characteristics, renew it, enliven it, with a conscious, experimental approach to revisiting it.
The revisitation of the typical dish must inevitably start from a full awareness of Umbrian culinary history: only in this way can flavours be enhanced through new intuitions.
We offer hors d’oeuvres based on Umbrian artisan cold cuts, truffle specialities, first courses with homemade pasta, and second courses based on meat from local farms. We have wines from the best labels. To conclude, you can further delight your palate with our homemade cakes and desserts.
